I need help with the following tasks below for a project I am doing for a client I have finished the login and register function
1. A automated website where school support staff register, upload a cv (which partially fills up a profile form), the then complete it, if they are being considered for a role they also fill up references, upload scans of CRB etc, identify role, salary and location preference, confirm availability and are automatically sent alerts of any jobs on the job board.
2. they should be able to make their profiles active or inactive (depending upon if they are actively looking for a job or not)
3. On the other hand the schools initially register for a trial membership and then opt for an annual subscription and discounted recruitment cost or upload their jobs for a fixed proportion of recruiters annual pay.
4. Schools should be able to automatically upload their adverts, see hit sute hits, monitor visits and application receipts OR they can search available staff under various categories along with new applications
5. The schools, however, are not able to see the potential employee contact details. They then short list upto 10 applications and request us to forward the applications along with references, CRB and qualification scans, which can be asked at this stage or earlier. The applicants just need to scan and upload their documents
6. you however need to advise on a system to ensure that we are able to track appointments and charge for recruitment. One solution could be to charge when they ask for applications at mid point of advertised pay range, subject to any adjustments later on.
