Fibonatix Payment API intergration to aMember PHP Script

We wish to hire a programmer to create us a payment PHP script plugin for the aMember membership software.

We wish to integrate with the Fibonatix API system with the following features:

*Able to make refunds
*Able to make partial refunds
*Be PCI-Compliant in relation to industry standards
