Develop a dashboard using Serpbook/Keword.com API

I need to develop a simple dashboard behind a login that pulls keywords from different groups from my serpbook.com/keyword.com account.

API key will be provided.

The keywords need to be pulled it via the Keyword.com API and shown in a column for each selected group. Each group will represent a website. Each group I want to select by a dropdown, that will that populate the column with rankings.

The keyword list will be pulled from the first selected project, and then the other columns will pull the rankings and match the keywords from this first selected project.

I will provide credentials to upload to FTP. There will need to be a page to access this behind a password and change login details.

Technology needs to be PHP and MySQL as server is Apache. Of course other languages like JavaSript, HTML, CSS etc is fine.
