We have purchased a product from Codecanyon for a ticket system - https://codecanyon.net/item/livesupport-complete-ticketing-system-crm/20243447?s_rank=1
We would like several changes but the first one we need is for each queue to have a unique email address. Then when you email the email address it would go to that queue, i.e. if you emailed customer1@test.com it would go to Customer1 Queue, then if you emailed customer2@test.com it would go to Customer2 Queue etc. We would need changes to the admin panel to add an email address to each queue and to enter the imap settings per queue
