The crawlers will have captured information used by many different users. The crawlers are to capture information per property.
There are 4 crawlers, and each will be working for specified users, So all the 4 crawlers will be on different pages, but for now, lets talk about property manager view, what would we see?
Lets use just the property manager user as an example and they will be the most important user with the access to the most data.
I'm only referencing the 'property manager' here:
Use Case:
Property Manager will log into the application.
The property Manager should see 5 buttons('Owner', 'Tenant', 'Property', 'Handyman', 'Services'). These buttons should correspond to a page with other options. The options for each page is listed below. I'll stop here and please let me know if you understand what I'm asking for and if you have any questions so far?

Need secure login
Need mobile and website UI
- 4 Different views w/ matching dedicated specific logins
- Owner, Property manager, tenant, handyman
- First Page after login: Each of the below buttons will be an expandable
- Property Manager
- Owner, Tenant, Property, Handyman, Services
- Color coded for current status
- Red for delinquent account, yellow for upcoming paymetns due, green for zero balance
- Owner
- List of owners currently being managed by the Property Manager
- Each owner has a list of properties
- Each property has a data base of their pgw, pwd, brt, peco, services, lease and rent standing
- Each owner has a data base of the rents paid and due
- Tenant
- List of tenant currently in properties being managed by the Property Manager
- Tenant has a data base of rent payment history, services request
-Properties
- View list of properties
- Each property has a data base of their pgw, pwd, brt, peco, rent standing
- Ability to pay pgw, pwd, peco bill
- Ability to add property
- Can assign owner
- Can assign tenant
- Can assign lease
- Handyman
- List of available Handymen
- Handymen has a database of work completed
- Database will contain the requested service
- Database will contain the work done per requested service
- Handymen are associated with their skill
- Plumber, carpenter, roofer,
- Ability to add a Handyman
- Assign service to Handyman
- Can create a service or assign an existing service from the managed property list
- Services
- Sortable list of requested Services
- Sorted based on creation date, completion data, requested by, completed by, status(outstanding, completed)
