BuddyPress Import / Export Facility + Timebank Plugin Development

UPDATE: A current Wordpress developer has said he will continue his work and add an export facility to his BuddyPress import plugin. Thanks for all the interest in this job but the work is no longer needed. As for the other job I'm still open to offers but am looking for funding from local authorities at present. I am a volunteer for a local Timebank.

Description of requirements/features: We have 2 projects we are looking for quotations on.

We have been using WordPress / BuddyPress for 2 years. Someone has written an import facility:

, but no one we can find has written an export facility to include what groups and friendships a user has in place. We really need this and so does the whole BuddyPress community. Not sure how much work is involved in this or is it quite simple to achieve.

Also, someone has started a timebank project but is too busy to give it much time at present. He has said we can help. We also need an import/export facility for this also:
