Looking for a someone to fully design a virtual exhibition.
There will be around 50 suppliers, could be more, so would require an auditorium for guests arrival, a networking room, and a main exhibition hall.
Exhibitor stands to be able to load information, for example, videos, blogs, website links, and anything else that could be of use.
All exhibitors will require a stand built, all can have same design, depending on cost, and the virtual event will have a main sponsor therefore advertising them more around the event, as well as perhaps secondary sponsors and organisers logos etc.
This could, again cost dependant, be a 1 off 1-2 day event, or an ongoing 3-12 month ongoing event.
Want design to be simple but engaging and appealing to guests as will be key marketing tool for exhibitors.
Would need guests to the event to be able to register details before entering, and then to track which stands they then visit, what they download from exhibitors etc, and if agreed to let exhibitors have information the exhibitors have leads from all attendees that visited their stand.
Ideally this would be initially built by the designer, but if possible we would want to be able to manage the client content, maintaining exhibitor info, possibly updating anything if an ongoing project.
Initial stages so we welcome feedback on how it would work, queries and bid offers.
