Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a basic salary projection spreadsheet in Excel using the parameters listed below. I don’t need this to be overly complex – as a matter of fact, the formatting is almost irrelevant for this project. I just need it to be simple and to work.
The catch is that it needs to be done this weekend! I need it by Sunday evening at the latest. I’m available by phone and email for any questions.
3 salaried employees @ 60K annually
10 hourly employees @ $10 / hr
Each salaried employee is due for a raise in 2011 at the following different times:
Salary employee 1: on March 1st
Salary employee 2: on June 1st
Salary employee 3: on September 1st
All hourly employees have the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus based on performance. For this exercise, I just want it to be a simple percentage calculation, where the manager can enter percentages of salary numerically (enter \"2\" in a cell for a 2% monthly bonus, for example)
Salaried employees have an annual bonus opportunity figured as a percentage as well
All employees are paid on a weekly basis.
I also need for the actual worked hours for all employees to report against a monthly budget of 40 hours per employee per week.
