PMS (Property Management System) to ZOHO CRM to ZOHO BOOKS | USING ZOHO CREATOR

My name is Stathis Kataropoulos the owner of a company in Greece (www.pelionhomes.com) that specializes in Holiday Villas Rentals in Greece. We also run an architectural and construction company.

At the moment we are looking to automate data imput and data handling for our Holiday Rental business. We also want to keep very strict track of all our financial transactions for clients and purchases and align them with our Bank Accounts and Petty Cash registry. Income/ Expenses Database with the ability to export invoices, reports, cvs & exell files for our monthly accounting and tax form.

We are investigating a way to use appropriate a Channel Manager (such as CloudBeds.com) that can handle reservation bookings made from AirBnb, HomeAway, Tripadvisor and booking.com. Or alternatively use our suggestion to create in ZOHO a platform that with the aprropriate APIs will receive information to feed our PMS.
We also have our own Booking Engine called WEBHOTELIER for Direct Bookings via our website and offline bookings via email or phone. We want to create a PMS ((property Management System) using Zoho Creator to be able to handle all this incoming information automatically (as much as possible - I understand that there might be some limitations) however I think it could be possible via API or equivalent suggestions.

We want to use ZOHO CREATOR to make a custom form for our Reservation Guest Data Entry possible and make it communicate with the PMS and Channel Manager. We do have this information in excel already so the import to Zoho Creator will be very easy. All financial information such as Deposits made, commissions paid etc will have to automatically be tracked to ZOHO BOOKS. So integration between Zoho Creator and Zoho Books is essential.

In Zoho Books we will be issuing invoices, reminders to our guests for payments, keep track of all the commission and taxes we pay monthly. At the end ot each month we will either send this information to our accountant or he will collaborate direcly online with us in ZOHO Books.

We also want to keep track of the expenses too. So we want to create another FORM just for registering expenses for purchase made and an inventory for our stock in the storage room. This can be done possibly directly to ZOHO BOOKS with all the appropriate expenses categories etc where you can have multiple users and access rights. Another form that will feed the main ZOHO BOOKS database will be the expenses registry used by our Hotel Host Manager that makes purchases and supplies for the storage stock. Using ZOHO BOOKS we will keep track of the stock inventory too and inform the team for any purchases that need to be done.


We want to create an elaborate a Reservation Guest Form that we would like to track in ZOHO CREATOR that will keep al our client data such as:

etc etc etc
