Calling osTicket Developers...

I would like a custom change to osTicket so tickets can only be raised by people after they have logged in.

My reasoning is so only clients can create/view tickets. Emailing in of support tickets should work as well, as it can lookup on their email address. For entire organisations we can use a wildcard such as *@domain.com

Happy for this to go back into the OS community.

Please advise on how long this will take.
