Need Wordpress Expert PHP/CSS

I am looking to hire a wordpress EXPERT to assist me with my wordpress site.
All I need is assistance. I have built the entire site myself, so I am well versed in wordpress themes. However I am in need of assistance for more advanced features. I am looking to hire 3 hours of your time for questions and guidance in certain areas to finish my site. (Must be able to provide code snippets, corrections, advice, etc.. ). I need this person to be available via gchat/skype. I dont have time for you to go find the answers and get back to me the next day. (hence EXPERT). I am not doing anything outside the scope of wordpress codex. So I wont ask anything that requires custom programing outside of wordpress more advanced functions.

I have many jobs, and I am looking to outsource many aspects of my business as I have reached the point where I cant keep up with work and I dont have the time to do it ALL myself. This will serve as an opportunity to establish an ongoing relationship depending on how good,responsive and professional you are.
