Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
General information for the website: livewellwithless.com
Description of requirements/features: HI,
1) I need someone to check the settings for an uploaded eCourse for my site www.livewellwithless.com on my cPanel. My subscibed customers can access the eCourse on the laptop but seem to have difficulty accessing it from their mobile devices. So it's a simple job of just checking and/or reloading teh programme and making sure the right settings are set for both computer and mobile access.
2) Also need a word inserted with a hyperlink in one of the content pages.
============================
One of my customers who bought the eCourse has difficulty accessin the course. This was her issue: "I can't seem to open the content. I have downloaded the "articulate" app and it says that it can't access the content. Any tips?"
I did a little digging and found this Articulate page which might sort out the issue:

Your LMS or web server requires learners to login to view content
Currently, there isn't a way to pass security credentials from a web browser to a mobile application apart from Tin Can API. As a result, you won't be able to view SCORM, AICC, or web content in the Articulate Mobile Player if your LMS or web server requires learners to login.
To avoid the Cannot Access Content error, do one of the following:
Publish your Storyline content for LMS, but do not mark the box to Use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad. (If you include the HTML5 option when publishing, your content will launch in mobile Safari when viewed on an iPad.)
Or, publish your Storyline content for Web, and mark the box to Use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad. Then upload the published content to a web server that doesn't require learners to login to view content.
===========================================
Thanks!
