Please can you give me a quote for creating a page flip prospectus like the one seen at

We want to regularly create these type of reports for all our clients. We want to be able to embed video, interactive flash maps, interactive charts - and other flash .swf files (all provided individually by us).

The booklet is square in size, and each double-page spread will be based on the same overall template and interaction style (but the interactive elements will vary per section). The detailed interaction and transitions for the main double page template is also shown in the PDF. This is how we expect each double page to work/interact.

We are asking you to construct this - and we will provide the linked flash elements like video FLV, Map, Chart, Photo Gallery - for you to embed.

There are 3rd party tools and components to aid and speed development - and we have purchased the following one at should you wish to use it. If it has limitations, then let us know and suggest an alternative route.

Some of our Interactive elements like Photo gallery, world map, and charts can seen at We will supply all these assets on DVD for you. As discussed all our flash elements pull in XML which links the data and images/photos.

Just to add further clarification.

We are not looking to provide a PDF of a booklet that is turned into a page-flip style magazine - and then video/photos added.

We will be providing source InDesign files for every page and elements - and require a skilled flash developer to make this into a flash magazine that has the page-flip effect to navigate between sections/pages.

We will also provide the toolbars and navigation framework that will show thumbnail contents of each page and easy paging navigation to help those users who don't want to 'flip'. See toolbar framework design at

We require the user to be able to zoom in and pan on the pages - and search is a bonus (not mandatory)

An example of what we are aspiring to can be seen at

It is essentially a flash website made into a magazine style site. We are looking at offering this to our clients - so each new job will be bespoke development.
