Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need programmers that can work in Flash CS5 and Actionscript 3 that will take an .fla file and create an interactive article that can then be inserted into an AIR application. The final product is an eMagazine that is sold in eCommerce stores.
I have had my share of bums. Developers who promise they can get work done and do not. The work fluctuates in hours as the workload fluctuates. Sometimes there are Multiple eMags to produce, other times there is only one.
Each article of the eMag takes 1 to 5 hours to complete. There is tight communication on the project. The project duration is 2 weeks from the moment we get work to the moment we deliver the final product. Deliveries from you, the programmer, are hourly so the QA team can test.
If this environment is something you can work well in, please apply. I will give every developer that has proven skills an opportunity to prove himself/herself. I pay weekly for COMPLETED efforts.
