Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need to submit a Landscaping Plan in order to remove a condition on my Reserved Matters so I can start construction. I have attached the site plan for ref. I have to provide details of any tree/shrub planting including precise details of the location, height, type, materials and finish of all boundary treatments , grass, earthworks driveway construction, parking areas and patio,s etc at 1:200.
My preference is to use leylandi Evergreen Conifer hedging for all boundaries. I would submit a max height of 7 ft to the eastern boundary.
The driveway has to be permeable and within the planning application we stated it would be gravel. I would use the same for the parking areas.
I would like patio areas at the rear of all properties (full length of the Type A and from the rear extension to the furthest right hand corner on both type C properties).
I am open to suggestions on how to incorporate the spoil from the foundations into the landscaping as I intend to spread this across the land. The land's elevation drops 5m from the entrance to the west to the north east corner. Also any suggestions for further landscaping to enhance the project would be welcome although I am working to considerable financial constraints.
Please let me know if you would be interested in this and if so when you could start and how long it would take. I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards
The land has clay soil.
