Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
General information for the website: Content website over Wordpress.org
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We are using an infinite scroll theme on our website, sample theme post here:
http://www.mvpthemes.com/flexmag/yes-there-are-now-jeans-that-can-charge-your-phone/
Currently, we are using Ezoic to optimize ads on our website. The issue is:
Any Javascript inserted normally in the header/footer of the website is only called once upon the landing page, and it does not fire up on the subsequent auto-loaded posts as you scroll down to read more posts. Reason being header/footer is loaded only once for infinite scroll themes, and regular JS will not work properly on each auto-loaded post/page on infinite scroll type theme, unless a logic is defined.
Ezoic is an alternate to Google DFP. Both work in a similar fashion, and hence DFP too has a special way for implementation on infinite scroll content, as explained by Google here: https://support.google.com/dfp_premium/answer/4578089?hl=en
Hence, we have to get our Ezoic configured in a similar manner, such that it refreshes / makes new ad calls every time a new post is loaded on the users screen while scrolling to read more content. For this purpose, the Ezoic support team has sent us their own documentation to implement the JS, which is attached herewith for your reference.
Please go through it thoroughly and make sure you understand what is needed, before accepting the proposal.
People who've done this in the past or have similar experience implementing DFP on infinite scrolling would be preferred over others. More info. about the domain etc. can be shared privately.
Strict budget : $100.
If project is successfully handled, more work would be assigned to you.
All the best.
