I am looking for a developer who can do the below mentioned job for me, The budget is really tight and very much less than 1500 usd, I would be giving preference to someone can do it at a lower price. I have a strict delivery within 3-4 weeks.

A daily update of the code on Git is must so that i and my client can see the progress. I will also be providing a server so that you can host the application if needed.
