Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Not sure
General information for the website: We buy property and offer sellers different options for payment
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1 or 2 screens/steps
Description of every page/module: We are looking for a slider that visitors can use to create their own finance package when looking to sell their home to us.
Description of requirements/features: These options would include:
User defined 'market value' > calculates a cash offer based on user input > slider then allows user to define time period e.g. 'all cash today' with the ability to slide to the right and increase the price we will pay but show the time period over which we will pay the higher price.
Effectively slider at far left will be 'all cash today' which is calculated as a percentage of user input 'market value' and as they move to the right past the time period in months 24/36/48/60 etc, the amount we will pay goes up incrementally.
The user then has the option to click through to accept a full quote for the 'offer' they choose and this will link to a full form using typeform (already exists). Ideally it would be useful if the slider position is registered and indicated perhaps using typeform hidden fields - i.e. user selects highest price + longest term in months and that is captured at the point they enter typeform. Anything similar considered that allows us to know which option the user settled on before passing to the typeform long form. (We use Zapier to connect typeform > gmail > mailchimp > pipedrive and this will be an alternative web based front end for sellers to 'create' their own deal terms. Possibility to expand the information collected at a later stage would be also be useful.
Ideally something that can also be dropped into landing pages as a module like Unbounce to reduce the number of steps a seller takes from Adwords or other links.
Extra notes: First Direct bank are currently using something visually similar for customers to choose the amount they want to borrow and over what term and it shows them calculated options.
