Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
General information for the website: Javascript only - no jquery or other libraries allowed. deadline 6 hours max!
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1 form page + 1 other form
Description of every page/module: 1. r3.js - should use function calls to calculate everything e.g. the riskAgemsg, riskBMImsg, riskFamilymsg, riskHealthmsg etc. i.e. to make optimum use of functions.
2. All function names should be changed. The names must be VERBS eg calculateAgeRisk.
3. When the radio button results in x > 25, the contact form displays below the message. This should be changed to display a link saying "Click here for contact form". When the end-user click on this link, then the contact form should display in a new browser window. The contact form must be in a file call contactForm.html and this file should call contactform.js as provided.
4. The "radio button form" as well as the "contact form" should be neater and a little prettier.
5. In contactForm.js , all validations are fine, except for:
There is the following code which have been commented out:
/*if (healthnr.length == 9) {
if ((healthnr.substr(1,3)) == "ZHA"){
if (isNaN(healthnr.substr(4,6))) {
alert("last 6 not numeric");
}else{
alert ("number ok");
}
}//close zha
}//close length */
The health authority number should be validated as 9 chars long, the first 3 character should be ZHA, the last 6 should be numeric. Could you correct this validation?
6. Is it possible to code the messages into r.html instead of r3.js , if so I just need a yes or no.
Description of requirements/features: Urgent
Extra notes: css file: r.css:
body {
font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;
font-color: #ff3355;
}
.sectionheading {
color: #ff3355;
}
#pageheading{
font-style: italic;
}
