I need to have a system that will walk new clients through an onboarding form process that will do the following:
1.) Send contract for e-signature (We use Sign Now)
2.) Collect all relevant information
3.) Update Airtable With New Client information
3.) Update Full Contact with new client information, properly tagged
4.) Create a new client folder and sub-structure in Google Drive
4.) Collect various documents such as resumes from the new client
5.) File documents collected and the signed contract in proper google drive
6.) Create a new customer in Quickbooks (fully populated)
7.) Test cell phone SMS validness
8.) Email new client a standard welcome letter with attachment.
9.) Have the ability for the client to leave and come back later to finish the process.
10.) Set reminders/Tasks for our company representative assigned to the new client to perform tasks
11. ) Create a shared Google Calendar for the new client.
12.) Have the ability for us to give clients a way to update their own records if the move addresses, etc.
