Hi.
The website I want redeveloped to be responsive is www.harleylegal.co.uk. It has 11 static pageg all in HTML and is based on jus 2 templates (The home page is one template, and the internal pages all follow the other template). Finally there is a webform on one of the internal page with cookies in it.
I need to rebuild it to look exactly the same as it is now, with no change to content, but need it a little more moder (slightly wider) and also to be mobile responsive (I don't need 3 break points, only web and mobile). You can even use the same header images and stretch the images a little. I don't mind them pixelated as in the future I will redeaign the headers.
What is important though, is that all text stays the same, and all page structure (there is only 11), page names/titles, title and meta tags, etc all stay exactly the same for seo purposes.
If it's easier to build in Wordpress fine but I'm als happy to keep as static HTML. Whatever is best for you as a developer I'm not fussy. The main thing is page names stay the same so if you decide to Wordpress instead of keeping static, you need to remember this.
Please send me your qoaute and that you understand what I need, and approximately your timescale to do this.

Hello Sir,
I see your website. Its create with table and table loads slower than div. So I think if you convert your site table to div and then convert responsive. Your site load fast and be pretty nice.
Thank You.
