Area of focus: application process
Changes: payment system to be done before they complete their profile and get access to their account + addition of one field

1) First part of the application – name/surname/email remains IDENTICAL => NO CHANGES
2) Second part of the application – add one field for the user to enter any special code (make this field NON-MANDATORY)
“Referral code?”
Please add a sentence at the end of the second part of the application saying:
“Please make sure to add info@thegoldennetwork.co.uk to your contacts to receive our confirmation email”
3) Then, if I accept them (I move the status from PROCESSING to ACCEPT/TRIAL PERIOD), they login, finish their profile AND HERE we need to add a membership choice/payment page same as this one
I have create some new plans (all the ones finishing TP – they will give the user 1month trial period) – please add them to this particular payment page ONLY*
This step (choosing a membership and entering their payment details + address) should be a mandatory action i.e. they CAN’T ACCESS THEIR ACCOUNT WITHOUT FINISHING IT.
- If they proceed with entering their payment details etc then their status should move to ACTIVE MEMBER.
- If they don’t proceed with entering those information, then THEY CANT ACCESS THEIR ACCOUNT => status should stay ACCEPT/TRIAL PERIOD and ANYTIME they try to log in, please redirect them to the payment page without any option to access other parts of the members area.
*(PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACTUAL/CURRENT PAYMENT PAGE THAT USER ACCESS WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY MEMBERS VIA THE “UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT NOW” SHOULD REMAIN THE SAME – DO NOT CHANGE THE STRIPE PLANS USED BEFORE AS THEY SHOULDN’T GET A TRIAL PERIOD IF THEY ARE ALREADY MEMBER)
4) Please add JUST in this payment page, just before “ADRESS”
“By signing up today to any membership (except PAYG), your first month membership will be on us. You will therefore not be billed for the first month.”
5) Remove the two emails sent when status is ACCEPT/TRIAL PERIOD (emails already exists – one being sent 2 weeks after start of Trial period and one 3 days before the end of the trial period) AND PLEASE UPDATE FOR THE BELOW ONES
