Website set up

Web site set up. HTML will be provided - need a very simple one page site set up from provided html and linked to e-mail registration (via Aweber), autoresponder and taking payment via paypal, clickbank or similar. There is one initial assignment to see how it all goes but for the right person there could be much more work. Primarily I am looking for an entrepreneurial individual who I can work with on an ongoing basis to create many similar sites. If the first one works the next ones are also pretty much ready to go.
