The role:
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer/Developer for our London office to join our growing team who can do user flow research, and then design and improve the user journey and key customer routes on our website and mobile devices.
If you’re an experienced UX Designer/Developer, skilled communicator and a fun person to be around,

Total Experience: 1 – 3 Years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities are to:
Have good experience in designing mobile only applications.
Good working experience on a high traffic site.
Design beautiful user interfaces, with a focus on native mobile.
Promote best practices in UI, UX, and interaction design.
Researching interaction design trends.
Researching technology trends.
Contribute wireframes, user flows, interaction prototypes, and other design specification materials.
Essential skills and experience:
Requires a bachelor's degree in Web Designing from a reputed institute.
Have a Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.
Portfolio to accompany resume.
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools.
Front end Technologies: Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
Strong conceptualisation ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
