**This job was posted previously in a different section and unfortunately the bids were not of the right quality that I was looking for. So the job is being re-posted with more clarity. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.**
I have a client who has an OpenCart E-Commerce store that is currently being designed. The products and product images need to be added to the store using CSV files.
PLEASE NOTE: I have purchased CSV Import Pro from HostJars (Google it if you are not sure what it is). The add-on is installed and working on the OpenCart website, so it is ready to go. You are not required to design or use your own CSV upload system.
There are approximately 1000 products that need to be added. Each of the products has a variety of information which must be added, along with an image. The product data is available in multiple Excel spreadsheets (one per brand), with SKUs, description etc available. In addition to these we will provide product images in a zip file with each spreadsheet.
It is very important that each product is added to the correct category and manufacturer and that the product description is uploaded correctly. In addition, you must check that you have uploaded each product image correctly too
This work needs to be completed within the next 2-3 business days, by Thursday lunchtime (1pm BST) at the very latest. If you are bidding, please ensure that you can meet these goals. Any accepted bid that is delayed beyond this time will be considered forfeited.
I've run some example upload tests with CSV Import Pro and it took me a little under 40 minutes to create a list of 100 products, with correct SKUs, images and upload to the store. So I think the ideal completion time would be around 5-7 hours, but you're probably faster than me, so please bid accordingly :)
Finally, this project is a fairly basic data entry task. No design or otherwise is required. Therefore I will be looking for bidders based on price and competence first and foremost. Please don't bid if you want to charge me developer rates for a data entry job. I have 2 more jobs coming up in 3 weeks which will be of a similar nature - so if you can do this successfully at the right price, you can have those jobs when they are available.
Note: I will require you to sign and return an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) via email before starting work on this project. You are working for me, on a project for my client.
Many thanks for reading and I look forward to your bids!
Matt
