Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We want an online form created that we can integrate into a Weebly website. The form needs to have the following fields:
• Full name
• Email address
• Comments
• Opt-in for future coms
• Payment details (and takes the payment - integrate with existing PayPal)
The form data needs to be captured into a DMS i.e. spreadsheet that we are able to download to use for marketing purposes.
Once the data is submitted we want to email a pdf ebook to the person automatically, but with their data added to the front page of the pdf e.g. Purchased by Full name, email address on date, order number (sequential number but not starting at 1 as we don't want people to see who many times its been downloading).
