Experience Level: Expert
Provider needed to install and configure FFMPEG and RED5 (streaming server) on a linux dedicated server for live broadcasting and ondemand movie/video streaming.

New website will be doing intensive live broadcasts and ondemand. Ondemand file upload size could be from 700M - 2G, so provider must code to not only upload the huge file sizes through the website, but also code them for dynamic delivery viewable on windows (IE and Mozilla) and macintosh. Provider must be familiar with the concept of dynamic delivery which is creating 5 great quality .flv files, one picked automatically by the server depending on visitor\\\'s connection.

Live Broadcasting streaming needs to be saved every 5 minutes so all of the broadcast is not lost should there be a connection interruption.

Website is being developed in code igniter with mvc standard and provider\\\'s work is expected to work seamless with current provider developing membership / ondemand / live broadcast modules. Site reference are mandatory to prove your experience with setting up a streaming server and dynamic delivery.

Any application without site references will be rejected. We will also need speak with the site owners as to the quality of your work done and keeping to deadlines.

Once site is complete, provider could become a full-time staff to manage streaming server and content.
