Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
This could be an ongoing job if you are interested.
It is categorising Building Supplies products into categories.
It will be a bit tricky and difficult because I would assume that you (and your team?) may not have the necessary product knowledge.
Attached is a sample spreadsheet. At the bottom of column "I" is the level 3 categories which is the key category to map. Once that is done it would be relatively easy to categorise to Levels 1 & 2.
I have attached a pdf of the breakdown of the 3 levels of categories.
Because I have entered the Level 3 categories and so you only need to type first few letters of category. Hope that's helpful.
You will probably have to copy and paste most of the products into google to research and determine category.
If this is a go I would look to break the spreadsheets into a supplier per spreadsheet therefore the categorising maybe a bit more straight forward.
Currently we have 35 suppliers and about 20 thousand products to categorise.
What I would be keen from to know form you is:
A) whether you are keen for this kind of work
B) if so how about I spend $26 (2 hours) with you and you guys see how many you get through in that time and give me a price per thousand?
Let me know if you have any queries?
Thanks & Regards
Greg
