Wedding Stationery Website
I am looking for a developer to build a NEW website for a small wedding stationery company. The existing site is www.whitemode.com
Overview
The idea is to create a totally automated website (similar in concept to www.moonpig.com ) where customers select their wedding stationery, add in their own text, proof (or amend the text) and then pay. The system then creates a print ready PDF for print and e-mails this to a specified e-mail address.
Some customers may order just one item (such as wedding invites) and others may order a number of items in a particular collection (such as RSVP cards, save the date cards, menus and so on).
The system needs to be intelligent enough to populate common information (such as Bride and Grooms names) across a collection.
Design
The design template would be supplied as a layered .PSD file (not available yet)
Technical
The platform will need to be SEO friendly, such as Magento, Wordpress etc with a CMS to allow new designs to be uploaded and changes to general website text, description and price etc.
Detail
1. Customer can browse the site to view the various collections and individual items.
2. Customer chooses a collection/item (collection may contain a number of items such as wedding invitations, RSVP cards, save the date cards etc.).
3. They then can write in their details (so for example a wedding invitation will have the details of where the service is held, name of bride and groom etc.). Some of these details (such as name of bride and groom) will automatically populate other fields in the other items in the collection in the case that they choose more than one item – this is to avoid people having to enter the same info lots of times.
4. They select other items in the collection (optional) and complete the specific detail. So again this may be applicable to one item (such as menu cards).
5. They proof and amend/edit each item
6. They add their chosen stationery to their ‘shopping cart’
7. They get a final chance to review and edit/add/delete items
8. If they are a new client then they now have to register and then pay.
If they are an existing client they can login (which retrieves their existing orders and text and lets them add additional items without having to re fill in all the detail).
9. Pay via PayPal.
Other info
People also need to be able to order ‘proofs’ (i.e. samples) from the site. This a one off item with NO customization.

www.Moonpig.com (process only)
Above all it needs to be super-slick, fast and easy.
