Monoline MLM Script for Downline Club Required

I am looking for a website that will have the following features:
Any member who joins will join the one large down line so that its one straight line for the whole membership
In the members area they will be able to see where they fall in this large down line and how many people are underneath them.
A member will be able to see details of who he/she personally referred
I will be able to create a special section for the top 100/500/1000/5000 (I can add more special sections) referrers
It should be a simple enough script.


They can view the special sections created by Admin link top 100/500/1000 or any other number of referrals made by members. There should be a section in members area where people can see usernames of top 5,000 referrars and how many people they have referred.
A badge is designed for Top 1, top 10, top 100, top 1000 and top 5,000 this badge should go infront of anyone who is in that. And show on their profile section.
In members area they should be able to see in a straight line 5 people before them and 5 people after them and number of people beneath them:

Referral only gets counted when user gets registered with referral code. – the user should not have to put in a code every user gets their own referral link. When anyone signs up using this link they become referred by the person who that link belongs to.
The current member can also able to view how many members are registered after his rank.
They will also able to view their rank.
Admin can also add/edit/delete any member from Admin area
I should be able to add pages if I need to.

Of course there should be a social bar which links to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus etc
On the homepage I want a live figure of total members signed up.
In members area There should be spaces for partner offers and ads
On homepage and rest of site I should have the option of adding advertising.
Set up so when I make a news article post it automatically gets updated on social media.
