There is a Open Source bug tracker called Jtrac written in Java. http://www.jtrac.info/. We use this for bug tracking on an MS SQL database. However we noticed that when we put in a date control. It will only record the date element not the time element even though its a datetime data type in the database. Therefore after changing the calendar control to allow date + time selection (text box is fine for time entry) and for this to be stored in DB as date + time instead of defaulting time element to 00:00:00. Source code can be downloaded from site we are on latest version 2.1.0 (NOT using the Beta)
