General information for the website: Build site for HR system
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We require someone with experience of PHP, and Content Management System Concrete5, to help develop a HR system for a client due to workload. This would be to develop the system only. We will skin the design around the system.
This system would require functionality developed on top of Concrete5's existing functionality as well as developing new ones through Conrete5's package system. It must allow for multiple businesses and employees to be on the same system with areas secure to that business. (no two businesses must see each others records)
Brief Run down of functionality:
1. Ability for employer to register an employee that would automatically place them within that business group
2. Group users/employees only viable to that business
3. Pages and areas with permissions set to specific businesses/groups
4. Dashboard area with company overview - Staff on holiday, Absent, Grievances, performance reviews, training
5. Dashboard area will also display a 'summary calendar' of past 12 months
6. Ability to auto generate documents from user input. For example, user selects 'Grievance Hearing Checklist', fills out a form and the fields populate a pre-determind document and generates a final file or web page. The employer can also select an employee to attach this file/page to for future reference. If not possible then a document library to be included.
7. Page that lists new employees that are within their probationary period
8. Page that lists employees that have left the a business
9.Page that shows timesheets of employees and have teh ability to input hours for each employee
10. Calendar functionality developed to show staff absences and holidays (two separate calendars). Employers and employees can enter holidays with an approval system for employers
11. Ability to enter performance reviews per employee and view reports per employee & overall business
12. Ability to record staff training per employee and view reports per employee & overall business
13. Ability to record discipline and Grievance per employee and view reports per employee & overall business
Client has a current system without a CMS and scrapping it but requires similar and better functionality.
