Web Development; Correction Issues

I have a website with functionality and development issues. It is a job recruitment website and the pages and links are in need of being tested and where there are issues, to have them corrected.

I want the professional to:
> test the pages and make sure that all links are working
> Test the links and make sure that they are all working and
leading to respective pages etc
> test the functionality of employer and job seeker registration
and have them function thus recording all data and forwarding
information to location email and database
> Update all categories on the site and include more of them
> Reduce the number of countries under the category of 'jobs by
location'
> Improve the presentation of the pages and their images
