Web developer skills in php, MySQL, Wordpress and seo

We are seeking a person who possesses the skill mentioned. We have a wp site which is partly finished. Not being experts ourselves we cannot describe how much more work is needed. At this stage we need to simply "Get it up" in the minimum time frame. You would need to take a look over it and advise what needs to be done. We have two websites and for te right person there is a chance of long term cooperations.
