Web developer needed to covert my psd into a functioning, one page site.

I am a freelance graphic designer (mostly print based). I have eventually found the time to design my own site (psd) which is basically a single page profile and portfolio showcase. I now need a developer to help me convert using this template: http://profmedns.com/Theme/Flatpage/ My new design is pretty much based on this template.

Where i need your help: I already have an existing (very basic) site. So i hope to use that as a host. Need to add social media links, contacts form and generally help/advise on how I can get the site looking great and functioning perfectly whilst following my original design as close as possible.

Generally, this is a pretty straight forward and simple job for someone who knows what they are doing. PLEASE only response if you are sure that you can help me.

I appreciate you may need to see my actual design before accurately quoting but a rough ball park figure would be good. I do have an idea of how much this should cost as I do work with various developers (so no silly quotes please) but they are currently tied up with other projects. Will forward my design as I narrow down my selection.

Would be helpful if you have Skype connection to discuss though not essential
