Web Designer required to develop a website - Only serious applicants

I have a client which is a new real estate company based out Johns Pass, Florida ( Near Clearwater beach). I have built their brand and brand assets. I will be providing a basic outline of the website that is needed.
The key to the people that I choose for this site will be critical and mutually beneficial to future projects. They are a start up business with 'start up business funds' ! However I am in the hunt for a web person ( small company) that has the same dynamic approach as myself. Therefore I have chosen to outsource this project and not put it in the hands of my own team. Furthermore I will require the successful candidate ( s) to work with me on building out my own site. I have a clear vision for my site. If you are a visionary and understand the meaning of 'sprat to catch the mackerel' then this project will interest you. I will be looking to outsource all of my future digital projects with the right connection. Our client base spreads from Leisure and hospitality to IT Manufacturing to Government Registry services.

Please take this opportunity very serious as this is not an opportunity to be sniffed at.
As for the client, here is what i can tell you so far....
Front/Anchor page should have king image or anchor assets (to be provided) along with brand image (logo) and mission statement. Please reference:

www.off-road studios.com for the functionality they use for their icons which will need to be used here. For example although this website is real estate there are other services within the business model; mortgage, interior design, etc. Each divisional logo will be supplied as vector art. Main copy will be provided as a word document. In addition front page will need to have quick search to properties with advance search on page two. The property search database allows viewers/potential clients to search property listings within the area. The current property search database, they use is ….. and subscription information will be provided. If needed anything below the fold line will be relevant contact information, T&C, and copy right instruction ONLY.

There will be a mortgage calculator which will need to be programmed in or bought as apps are available. Please see….

The window pane for viewing properties once search selection has been entered will need to coincide with brand assets and styling as we do not want this to look generic.

We will also require two email templates that we can use on a regular basis for new properties, news, exclusive information, and database/client updates.

The left of the secondary pages will have the breakdown of different pages attached to that service and the right will have featured properties like…. property of the week, beach home of the week, bargain of the week, steal of the month etc.

As i have previously stated i will require a site for my own design business afterwards and will commit other digital work to the successful recipient of the real estate project. Thanks for reading my proposal
