Web designer required for some ammendments to an existing website

We have a new website that will require not only immediate design changes but also, changes/updates from time to time. Changes will largely be cosmetic ones including page design updates, change of copy, inserting existing banners here and there, etc. Essentialy, making the website look more visually appealing as and when required.
