Web design and make over

Hi
We currently have a web developer who is amazing at programming but I am not happy with his design skills.

Basically we want someone to design a new website which is an off shoot of our current one, but we want our current developer to add in all functionality. The new website will be approximate 10pages. Please supply a price for just designing a concept page and another for full design excluding programming.

We also have our main current website that we'd like enhancing visually, please supply a separate quote for this, web address is www.juniorjam.co.uk - thanks
