Web design and development for a venues website

Require a web designer and developer to build a venues website. The key functionalities of the website are:

1. Homepage
a. keyword searching
b. image swap

2. List of venues
a. generate a relevant list of venues based on the search criteria
b. show the venues in a list or on a map
c. ability to add venues into a wish list

Nice to have is for the assigned venue owner to manage their content, images etc.

Timeline: The skills of the web designer/developer is more important for me.
