Web content for an engineering recruitment company

I specialise in a niche area of electronic engineering recruitment and have website with 4 pages. The home page is in need of clear concise web content that will encourage the visitor to interact.
My business is based around Certification Services, Product Safety and Test Engineering
My clients are all involved in CE Marking which is a mandatory conformity mark requirement for all products offered for sale within the European Economic Area (EEA) covering the European Union (EU).

I work with manufacturers as well Notified Bodies – also known as test houses

Our client list includes FTSE 100 companies and SME’s

Positions primarily include, test, compliance, approvals engineers and managers as well as sales/business development people for the industry. I am very industry specific but wouldn’t mind branching out. Types of people I place are EMC Engineers, Quality, Electrical Safety, ATEX certification and test engineer. I want to be known as the UK leader of inspection, test and certification recruitment.

I would like this to start ASAP and ideally finished the first week of August.
