Web based claims management portal

MCM provides a total claims management solution that incorporates all services in the varying parts of a motor claims process. As part of this service, MCM works closely with a number of third party companies, which are work or service providers.

MCM requires a web based portal (named as Autonomy CMP) to provide a claims management software system which enables all parties to communicate effectively and create a transparent status of on-going claims as well as providing reports on individual aspects of the case and over a number of cases. It needs to manage all financial relationships too.

Autonomy needs to include all the information necessary to manage each aspect of the claim from initial claim to financial settlement as well as providing services that form only part of the overall claims management process.

The portal needs to interact and integrate with third party software systems so that it acts as a central system and able to provide reports on real-time management and updates on individual claim status’.

MCM wants to strengthen its work provider relationships through an improved flow of information and to manage its relationships with its service providers. We want to be transparent in our work process and manage the financial relationships accurately. Autonomy will also be used a sales tool to attract new work and service providers. Ultimately we want to shorten the timescales involved in handling claims and provide real-time information.

MCM instructed a software company previously and due to a lack of understanding and unnecessary delays we are unable to continue using them; however the bare foundations have already been developed by using PHP Zend Framework. We require someone to take the development over and complete the project in a very short space of time. I have been provided with all of the coding required. You will receive a completed specification report detailing our requirements. This will avoid any confusion and unnecessary delays.

We require serious freelancers who have the ability to complete such a project. If a success bidder can demonstrate the ability to manage the whole project, on-going development, future development and support services, we could consider a permanent role. Honesty and integrity is required and your commitment in completing the project is very important for us.

Please note the following.

- Successful bidders will need to make a bid as pricing of this build is important. The bid needs to be clearly identified as a ‘one-off’ development bid and or a permanent role.
- However before we accept a bid previous experience of building portals and using PHP Zend Framework is essential.
- Please provide evidence of your understanding of our requirements.
- Please forward references and sample of completed work so we can consider your bid.
- If your previous experience is suitable, your references are acceptable and your bid is potentially accepted, we will forward you the complete specification report on what we require.
- You can then consider the project further and finalise a bid that is suitable for both parties.
- Please note bids will be declined from any timewasters. Only serious freelancers bid please.
- The developer must also have the time required to complete this project.
- The deadline is 30th June 2012!
