Web and Logo Design

I'm looking for a basic but sleek and professional five page website and a logo design for my start-up. The primary function of the site will be to allow clients to find out more about the services our business provides and a contact form for them to get in touch. I'd also want web hosting and a .co.uk domain to be included.

If you want to place a bid please make sure you've got a portfolio. I'd also appreciate it if you could provide me with a production timeline so I've got an idea of how long it's going to take. I'd like for this project to be completed ASAP.
