Want to Draft and Contract between two parties

I am a web streaming service provider and would like to draft an agreement for my clients.

Info:
1.My Clients are local tv channel operators
2.Each client will get USD6.5 per customer per month ( should be changeable)
3. All content is owned by the channel operator
4.We get exclusive rights to distribute the channel via IP/Stream



Main Points of the Contract

1.Contract is vaid for a period of three years.
2.We get exclusive rights to distribute the channel via IP/Stream
3.Revenue for the channel operator
