Visualisations of Skylight from CAD data

We require a CAD draughtsperson to produce 3 3D rendered images, similar to the attached, from CAD data provided. The appearances, textures, layout and lightening etc. need to match, the attached sample as closely as possible from the 2D CAD data. The only difference between the sample image and what we need, is that the underlay, as highlighted in the attached image, is changed from blue to black. We would like to have 3 images produced, one like the image attached and two additional renders from appropriate angles.

The accuracy of the product is important and all measurements of the product can be gained from the CAD data. The wood and other surrounding parts should be sized to fit.
