Virtual marketing assistant

We're a sports and activity marketing agency, and we need some support from a virtual marketing assistant on a campaign for a client.

We've spent time reviewing people on PPH and are only inviting 2 people to bid on this job, so please let me know if you're interested.

We're called Make Sport Fun, and we run sports and activity marketing campaigns for councils, Primary Care Trusts, National Governing Bodies such as Badminton England and leisure trusts.

There are two of us centrally, and we're supported by a team of 17 freelancers on a variety of projects. We now need some more support from a virtual marketing assistant.

This particular campaign is for NHS Greenwich, and is quite an ambitious project, with short deadlines.

In the past 2 weeks the job would have involved:
• Organising photo shoots
• Writing copy for leaflets for campaigns
• Time on the phone with leisure centre managers to find out which activities they want promoted
• Time on the phone explaining the campaign to wide range of partners (obviously we’d need to spend time talking about the campaign first) and finding out how we could work with them on the campaign
• Contacting people to organise possible dates for training
• Updating content on a client’s WordPress website
