Virtual Assistant Needed - 15 hours per week

Virtual Assistant needed 15 hours per week which may increase over time. Must be able to cover Monday to Friday 3 hours per day (happy for you to choose your own hours as long as they are during business hours).
You may or may not have other clients for your VA business, I don't mind.

You will have excellent written English skills and a great telephone manner.

You will be carrying out the following:
- Outlook email management (you will be managing mine and replying on my behalf)
- Basic accounting system (simply creating and then emailing invoices to clients, plus also creating purchase receipts for invoices received by us in the system Kashflow)
- Returning calls and general client care
- Complaint resolution
- Calling clients to do customer satisfaction checks
- Booking in time slots for booked client calls
- Answering admin requests for support in our Facebook groups
- Other items as they arise
