Virtual admin help for Drama Club

Drama Dudes after school drama clubs operates in 8 venues after school. I am looking for someone to work flexibly ad hoc, (but lots at the start of term) in putting student details formulating spreadsheets for contacts and fees for tuition and merchandise. Sometimes email fee chasing or occasional phone call to parents to chase fees!

I'd like all student contacts to be put onto a spreadsheet and for invoices to start to be raised for January.
