YouTube video editor needed

I am in search of an editor to support one of my Youtube channels.
Short format, 2-4 min average video length.

Looking for talent, who identify as a full time editor and editing is their career.

I'm looking for someone to hire as a contractor or part-time retainer, with the following capabilities:
Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro
Proficient in English
Cutting and assembly of videos, based on written directions
Experience working with multi-track editing, including multiple audio layers, added graphics and tuning audio layers
Standard color corrections within Pr
Able to deliver .prproj files so I can make revisions if needed
