Youtube video editor (long-term)

I'm looking for a video editor, preferably based in the EU, to partner with as I start my YouTube channel from scratch.

I run a Skool community for embedded engineers who want to get hired, and I'm launching this YouTube channel to grow my personal brand and drive more traffic to my landing page.

I plan to upload one video per week, with a focus not only on retention but also on conversion. The better the channel converts, the more I’ll be able to reinvest in the business and grow it. I’m looking for someone who can handle the video editing long-term.

As a reference, I like Sajjaad Khader’s style. He runs a tech channel about software, and I’d like to create something similar, but focused on embedded software, which is my domain.

I already have the first video recorded. It’s a talking-head video.

As mentioned, I’m looking for a long-term partnership with someone who can help me not only with video editing, but also with growing my personal brand through YouTube. That means developing a consistent personal style for the channel over time.

I’d be happy to increase the budget as the channel and business grow.
