Description
Hi there — I’m building a YouTube channel that shares career advice, business mindset strategies, and well-being tips, based on practical insights from books, podcasts, and high performers.
The format is structured but personal: I appear on camera, speak directly to the audience, and walk them through each topic with a calm, storytelling voice. I want my videos to feel like a one-on-one conversation — simple, clean, and emotionally resonant — supported by relevant visuals that enhance the message.
What You’ll Be Doing
Edit 6–15 minute talking-head videos using CapCut Desktop
Structure each video based on my script: Hook → Intro → Content → Conclusion
Add B-roll from Pexels.com to support and enhance key points
Use subtitles to emphasize takeaways — they should serve clarity, not decoration
Insert my logo (I’ll provide it):
Once between the intro and main content
Again at the end of the video
Choose simple, non-upbeat background music where appropriate — or suggest when silence is better
Deliver:
Final video (MP4)
Optional CapCut project file

Hey Jun,
Kindly address some of my queries for this project so that I can deliver exactly what you are looking for:
- Would you prefer the pacing of the edits to follow a calm, slow-build delivery style, or should it adapt depending on the segment's emotional tone (e.g., more dynamic during key insights)?
- Do you already have a preferred structure or visual cue style for transitions between Hook → Intro → Content → Conclusion, or should I propose a format aligned with your storytelling tone?
- Are there any examples (channels or videos) that best represent the emotional tone and visual clarity you’re aiming for?
- Do you want B-roll to be literal (e.g., someone typing when talking about productivity) or more abstract/emotive (e.g., cityscapes, nature, etc.) to enhance storytelling subtly?
- Are you open to using animated text callouts or visual overlays for reinforcing key takeaways, or should captions remain minimal and uniform throughout?
- Are you looking for someone to also help iterate on formats (e.g., Shorts from long-form, optimized thumbnails, title suggestions), or is this role focused solely on editing the full-length videos?
- Do you plan to scale content in the future (e.g., 2–3 videos/week), and if so, would you be open to working in batch delivery or retainer-based models?
Thank You! -

Do you need this in CapCut or can we use another software?

How frequently are you planning to release new videos weekly, bi-weekly?
Do you prefer a consistent visual theme across all videos or small creative variations per topic?
Would you like me to include optimized YouTube metadata suggestions titles, descriptions, thumbnails?
Are there specific video creators or channels you admire for style or pacing?
Would you prefer final delivery with the CapCut project file every time or just the MP4?
